I was assisted in store by Nathan who was an absolute joy! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through all the products I was interested in - eyeshadows, brows, foundation and the new Hyperreal serum. Wonderful customer service, I purchased several products and hope to see Nathan again when I repurchase in the future!

Nathan was a star he helped me pic some new shades and helped match it with a liner . Nothing was too much trouble he listened to what I wanted and helped me find it. It was great customer service

Visited MAC today was so stressed out trying to find make up for my halloween costume, was helped by Jade, she was so lovely and just made the whole experience amazing she was extremely helpful. She needs a big raise!!!

I went into this shop (07/04/2023) to get some help finding the correct shade lipstick for my wedding. A lady came over to me and sat me down at the mirrors and we did a consultation. The first shade she chose was the absolute perfect shade! She was so welcoming and amazing and I really had a great experience. All of the staff had a smile on their faces and were ready to help.

Have been in store a few times recently trying to sort out wedding makeup for myself. Every time the staff have been fantastic, helpful and patient with someone whose make up knowledge is fairly lacking! Amanda today gave me the time and such good explanation that I now feel much more confident. Thank you!

Me and my mum visited yesterday around 4pm and we had such a wonderful experiene😊 Caitlin and another assistant (didn't catch their name) helped my mum chose a foundation, made recommendations and gave detailed explanations about their products and showed her how to use it. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, Caitlin even topped off our visit off with a brush for my mums new foundation! Thank you so much, would definitely recommend, we will make the trip again just for the fact the staff were so fabulous💗
